- DBoyBluesRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This story has problems starting out but I don't believe it deserves the 2 star current rating.
Author, work on sentence structure, grammar, and phrasing. Once you do that I believe you have a good story to tell.
I wish you luck and please keep at it, the best way to improve is to keep at it. - WingsongRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Your idea is thoughtful, you appear to have threshed out your world, you provide just enough mystery to pull the audience in but not so much as to bewilder them and your characters are both intriguing and comperable.
So far only a few grammar and spelling issues but mistake are oppertunities for growth, so push on if you don't take the shot you miss it - tonrightRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0The English can be a little rough from time to time, but it's improved noticeably as the story has gone on. There are a very small handful of cases early on where you might have to stop for a moment to figure out what the author intended to convey due to certain word choices not making the most sense in the context they are used, but it doesn't take away from the overall enjoyability of the work.
I find that having this kind of setting, where there are many female characters and one male one, often unfortunately leads to... certain types of events. I think this pretty reliably tends to take away from text that could be better spent on developing the world and characters, but this story doesn't fall in to that trap. Not having women just throw themselves at the main character for no good reason in this particular setting is very refreshing.
The world, the characters, and the abilities shown thus far are all fun and interesting. I read the 60 or so chapters that were available at the time of this review in one sitting and can't wait for more! I hope we find out more about what's going on in the outside world as the story progresses!
Keep it up!
