First came the mind and body, then it was pulled together by the spirit, and thus each being in Valentia was created. However, the Ladies of Creation were never idle. At times, Mind would craft a new spell for the mortals and Body would bestow strength upon a warrior. Yet Spirit only watched, content to be witness to the happiness and strife that would befall her creations.
