Rise of the Valjikan

An extrasolar species is back to live on Earth after thousands of years of hiding as spirits inside human bodies.

They call themselves the Valjikans, they are like guardians in the universe, they guard planets against their enemy who is willing to control every existed planet.

But this thousands of years hiding made them forget how to defeat their enemy, so they need to train in a virtual reality universe.
