Where to begin with this story? Personally, I was about to not read it based on the prev¡ous review. However, I decided to give it a shot and man, that is the best decision I have taken this month!
Your introduction to the story is so smooth and alluring, you literally can't stop reading. You use many common fanfic tropes, but somehow you make them your own while including them in the world you created. While there are many clichés, you use them to your advantage and manage to bring a whiff of fresh air to the fandom in general.
I noticed how your writing style improved over the chapters. Actually, it is almost unbelievable for this to be your first story. I think you developed your own style because the last chapters, especially, are like reading a book from a seasoned professional.
Now, let's talk about the grammar. I am surprised to see how ample your lexicon is. I am even more surprised when you apply the right words in the right places, never saturating the story with pompous words that overcomplicate the text. Your punctuation and spelling are on point. It is quite obvious that you proofread and correct every chapter, which shows how dedicated you are to this story.
While the story itself is alluring, one of the things that I enjoy the most about it (sometimes even more than the plot) are your characters. I don't know how you did it, but somehow, despite of having so many characters, you manage to give each one of them their own color and voice. Each one of your characters has so much depth, and in turn, it makes Harry seem much more realistic.
Now that we are talking about him, I have so much to tell. Harry is such a complicated character in your story. Sometimes, you make him seem unreachable, but there are so many moments on which he is yet another human to who we can relate with. I am a mere 31 chapters into this glorious story at the time of writing this review. I almost dropped it due to the near psychopathic feel I got from Harry in the very beginning but I am quite glad I didn't.
As far as grammar, there are the occasional mis used words, but they tend to be rarely used and 99% of the time it's fine. I'm just nitpicky. I was not anticipating writing a review so I did not make note of them but I would imagine most people wouldn't notice.
My main gripe is the fact that Dumbledore is, no, has to be portrayed the way he is. I like canon Dumbledore a lot, but the story simply could not function without him being deluded. It's well written, just a matter of personal opinion here.
As far as story goes, it's certainly not the angle I expected. I was anticipating an anti hero, or even a straight up villain Harry. I do enjoy the way things have developed, and they have developed in a way that provides solid explanation for the progression.
As for the writing style, it clearly expresses the story that is told. If I was told the author is not a native English speaker, or this was their first story, I would be surprised. I could easily see this published, and have read many worse stories on Amazon.
In conclusion, it's a good Harry Potter fic. If you are offput by Harry in the very first chapters like I was, push through it. For sure worth your time.

The title really threw me off. I came in expecting a Chinese style DEFY THE HEAVENS!!! or something, but Harry Potter Fanfic? HA! I hate fanfic.
... But for since I was already here I read the synopsis. Which made me read the first chapter which...
Well well well... What an interesting and well realized idea.
What if everything that happened... happened, but instead of being just a normal kid who was talented in sports, Harry had his mother's genes and was more on the intellectual Voldemort/Snape side of his heritage.
Great idea. Really enjoying it so far, and like I said, I normally hate fanfic.

After all this time following your story I think it is time to leave a review. Where to begin?
When you began writing, there were so many things that you could improve. As time went by, I've seen you grow as a writer. Call me crazy , but your development as a writer has been as satisfactory as the story itself.
Now, let's talk about this story. The premise isn't that uncommon, but you added your own flavor to it. Harry takes after his mother instead of his father and that is exploring the what ifs in the HP universe from a totally realistic perspective. I believe that the charm of your story comes from how simple it begins. Harry has a goal set and he is doing his best to accomplish it. Then, little by little we see how everything complicates and not only plot wise. Your Harry is such a sassy little shit in the beginning with a onetrack mind, but as time goes by, we see him grow as a person. For what I see now, Harry is emotionally stunted and socially inept (common in mistreated children). He isn't perfect despite of the image he gives. Harry is simply a teen that is slowly maturing. What I'm trying to say is that your Harry is so human that it hurts.
I guess that most readers expect wish fulfillment from reading fanfiction so having a flawed character as MC is not something many like. But let's be real, all of us regret something from our teen years and most of us wish to change something from our old personalities. IT'S NORMAL!
What I'm trying to say is that I admire the way you portray your characters and how human you make them because they are just teensome at the end of the day.

As many others have reviewed, I was initially put off by the fact that this was a Harry Potter fanfiction.
However, the prologue that indicated a change in Dumbledore, the old man himself intrigued me. So I read the first chapter. Once I started reading, some connections were made that I had never realized when reading the original series. Some changes were made to our main character, and I remained offput by him. As the story progressed, I felt that Harry was being given too much power from the author, turning this into...not a power fantasy, but something of the sort. As I read further, however, the masterfully done integrations with the well-known cast of characters, as well as others that are less known, dumbfounded me. The way the characters interacted was simply incredible. Once I got over the initial shock of the transformation, I started to read the rest with great zeal.
The series seems to focus on character development of the woefully childish of the original series. Addressing several glaring flaws with the original cast, Neomare also introduces new characters that are also growing and changing.
I am just incredibly in awe of the work that has been put into this, and the masterwork that has been created as a result. And the fact that this is a Harry Potter Fanfiction? That is just icing on the cake.
I wish that after this webnovel, the author would consider their own originals, because if something of this class were to be made into something original and new, which I have no doubt Neomare could pull off, I am sure would put the beloved series J.K Rowling wrote to shame.

This Harry potter fanfiction is well written, although there are some grammatical errors.
I have read roughly 30 chapters and would like to think I have seen enough to give an honest and unbiased review. I am not an avid fan of HP, just a normal one, this my lore knowledge is not as much as I would have wanted.
Its well written with some interesting plot twists, but it lacks depth in the conflict and realism. Everything just works out for harry and his crew like he is some classic xianxia protagonist which drops it from a 5 to a 4 for me. The villains also aren't as creative as would be expected, Voldemort (the ultimate dark lord)is protracted as a tantrum throwing old man and dumbledore (chief warlock) is just too incompetent for it to be just for the plots sake.
Otherwise, all good.

So, I got to chapter seven, about halfway through, and my conclusion is... It's good, but extremely cliché, like, it literally uses all the common Harry Potter fanfic tropes nowadays, it has friendly goblins, it has Harry knowing how to cast any magic without any effort, there are house elves who can only be some kind of deity in disguise, because that's the only way to have so much power, there's jealous Hermione, there's Albus Dumbledore bashing, there's Slytherin Harry with the same little group as always; In short, all the tropes that ended up becoming clichés in fanfiction; But! It's not bad, the grammar is ok, no complaints there, the dialogues are fluid and well structured, the plot is following a path (that is, Harry has an objective), and not simply being an asshole or torturing people for nothing; And that's it, it's not bad at all, but I simply can't read more, I just took a break from the Harry Potter fandom and my mind is saturated with this style, but it's quite possible that I'll come back in the future, when I took a good break from the fandom to read this story.

PS: ignore this PS, as it is only to fill the two hundred words required for advanced evaluation, I emphasize that this is just my opinion, I have no intention of boycotting the fanfic, someone who recently started in the Harry Potter fandom will probably find it more interesting than me, as I've been in the fandom for years, hmm, I really don't have anything else to say, I think that should be enough, hehe :)

The style is okay and not hard to follow, the story doesn't look promising and the characters are just 'meh'.. grammar is okay though there are mistakes here and there.
