Retired Villain

Description
Benjamin D. Hersh is the studious, industrious, highly respected city councilman of Rain, NY with a penchant for mediating debates and creative solutions to complex problems. The only problem is, Ben is the fake identity of the former supervillain, The Gentleman, a B-list supervillain who regularly scrapped with the Hero Department's best and brightest. When he finally achieves his long-held revenge, he hangs up his top hat and tuxedo to assume the quiet life of local politics and zoning laws, but when the local high-school starts up a meta-human sports division, Ben forces himself to coach for clout because he's planning to run for mayor in a few years. However, dealing with meta-humans has never been easy, and the children are even more unreasonable than the heroes. As things slowly spiral away from his quiet life master plan, he struggles with the prospect that his villainy days may not be behind him after all.

- YacovoRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0What happens when the villain wins? What does an evildoer strive for after conquering their nemesis? For the Gentlemen he has decided to ascend to new planes of Evil, the Evil of Politics!
Unfortunately, he now has to deal with coaching the equivalent of Superhero little league to get his numbers up in time for his inevitable election to Rural City Mayor.
Read on if you like watching a veteran impart his words of wisdom to impressionable teenagers and deal with all the drama that goes with teenage heroes. All while trying not to reveal he was playing for the other team. - Derser713Royal Road★★★★★ 4.5What to expect?
It starts with the victory of a villain. It starts with the death of a "hero", thats way to fast (read the story. He deserved worse).
And than it transitions to Concilman "Ben" who's highest esperation is to become Mayor of the little town he moved to.
And every day he refines his plan for this lofty goal...
But than the father of his assistant turns out to be far greater trash than expected.
One of the mothers of a rival high school "super" team has a chat with him about "old times".
And just of all these meddling kinds in the super team he is training...
How can it be so hard for a Gentleman to stay retired?!??!
If you like Hanibal Lector and enjoy The Saga of Tanya the Evil, you are going to like the chapters that are currently posted. - danlinRoyal Road★★★ 3.0I thought this would be a retired villian (B rank) trying to run for mayor and having a bunch of obstacles that he has to CLEVERLY bypass.
Instead, he is just a literal God in human form doing whatever the heck he wants. Too op. Not enough work for his strength.
Good grammar.
It's still good slice of life
