Imperial Japanese loosen its influence on Korea and Manchuria. Britannia held reign on the entirety of British Isle, their utopian ideology still held strong, but for how long. Kingdom of Siam has enjoy its prosperity era and begin to help its neignbor. Imperial Russia still in control and still prospering. European finishing up their restoration effort. The world is in peace, or so it seems.

Yuki, a Siamese teenager who work for certain organization, will have his life turn around for good the moment he met with certain... interesting individual.
