Reincarnated as an elf!

"Hello Hajime Yamamoto, as you can probably tell by now, you have died."

After dying in a fire after saving dozens of people, i found myself floating in an enormous hall with bright walls and floor. I turned my head and saw a beautiful woman smiling at me with an empathetic look.

Not long after, we were discussing whether i would be reincarnated into a new world or if i would ascend to heaven, but I chose to experience a new world rather than go to heaven since I didn't have any loved ones waiting for me there.

"First of all, let's choose your new race and gender, then let's create your new body! After that we can use the remaining points for skills and points!”

"Waitwaitwait! What do you mean by points? And what did you say about a new body?"

I was bored and decided to kill time by writing something so i came up with this generic-ass theme. If you actually read it i would be glad if you tell me what i could improve on. And if you do pick this up then you can suggest ideas for the story!
