Red Beacon: A Deckbuilding System Apocalypse

Odd things had been happening on Earth, the power grids of whole nations going out for hours at a time with no explanation, tools breaking down randomly, and cars moving on their own. Things got even stranger the day Guillermo Roberts lost his job. Flaming Meteors lit up the sky, and a malevolent entity that called itself The System dragged nearly a third of the world's population into The Tutorial and granted them stats and magic cards that couldmanifestoddly specific abilities.

Now, Guillermo has to survive the dreaded System and its sick games while also trying to forge a life from the ruins of the Old World.
