  The story captivates me in a way where every single portion interest me , regardless of whether its a climax point or not . Unlike many other series where you have to invest "time" and later hope the climax will be decent , u could just enjoy this chill roller coaster ride without any such annoyances , in a way you can say it flows seamlessly without any weird hiccups here and there.
  Normally when u read a VRMMO u would find a lot of system limitations because its a game which needs "balancing" but most of those only end up highlighting those limitations and not the specifics of the game's own unique charm which comes from those limitations and mechanics of it being a game .
  In the case of the above we might as well make a reincarnating into a game world story and it'd be much better and without those limitations of the mentioned above.
  However this story is totally different in which it actually uses those limitations in smart and effective ways and instead changes them into advantages , if u would actually bother to think of it , which is totally legit even logically , like using the funny way AI thinks as compared to players , and even explaining how the system limits the NPCs because of how its a game and also exploiting it .
  Also many existing mechanics in games nowadays which for whatever reason other writers dont use , which this author does use effectively and gives a good addition to the stale VRMMO tropes .
  I'm guessing this story is somewhat inspired by Life Reset here on royalroad , but i feel it has already established itself as being its own unique story so props there

  This story is a better read than I expected.  Despite the ominous name of the character's class, the MC is a fairly decent person, rather than some sort of hateful womanizer or some such (which some might assume with a class like slave master).
  The writing is very well done with nice description for the environment and characters and hardly any grammatical errors that I could find.  For a RR story I think I would summarize the writing as "polished".  Good job.
  It's difficult these days to come up with a plot that hasn't already been done, but I think the author does a good job of making a somewhat unique storyline.  The MC is aiming to become the best while also making a tidy profit, but is trying to do this without a guild to back him up.  Slaves are not capable of betrayal (at least from what we currently understand), so the MC had no real choice but to take this class if he wanted to be solo.  While we know his goals, the journey he takes to reach said goals is the fun part, and I've thoroughly enjoyed the read so far.
  As well as all the stuff happening in-game, there is also some interesting interactions irl that I actually feel interested in.  In litrpg stories I often find I just don't care about the real life stuff, but somehow the author has surpassed this obstacle.
  I hope more people give this story a chance as I feel it's a very well written story that most people on royal road will enjoy if they give it a try.  Keep up the great writing Stick!

  Where do I even begin! The whole idea behind this is a genius!
  Unlike most novels where someone returns to the past, this author nailed it with knowing what to do!
  Style - Normal paced, First person and third person view
  Grammar - Small mistakes here and there BUT nothing you can see unless you focus too much.
  Story - The first chapter made my heart clutch from what happened, but the feeling you get is unreal!
  Character - If I give you a detailed review about him, you will not read this, but I have found him impressive

  Do not let the title or 2017 politics scare you away from this gem! This is my first review on the site, so i will keep it short and sweet haha. The story has good flow, good editing, and a fresh style to VR where the MC, also seem's to have a growing real life part to the story. Every chapter leaves you wanting more, with well placed cliffhangers. Keep up the good work!

  I have been reading this story from day one. Always look forward to new chapters from Stick. If this is Stick's first attempt at writing all I can say is where has he been hiding. Story is well crafted and MC is believeable. I like where the story is going. Keep writing Stick you are a real talent.

  I really loved reading this fic. It was an interesting experience because I’ve never seen the slave master class used in a fiction before. The main character is well developed and unlike what you might be excepting based on the title he doesn’t use his slaves for ‘physical pleasure’ the other characters we’ve seen are all pretty interesting and well developed. I really hope the author comes back but it’s been 4 months and I’m not holding out much hope.

  This is easily in the top 15 of RRL LitRPG, and I am confident that it will only get better from this point onwards.
  The plot is well structured so far, long and short term goals and opponents are laid out and the story so far has been structured well.
  I like your writing style, it flows very well, and I read the book in one sitting without even noticing the hours flying by. (damn, it's 4AM)
  The grammar and spelling are pretty much impeccable, it might just be my decreased attention as it is really quite late, but I didn't notice a single (grammatical) error, and only very few typos.
  The only thing that I found somewhat off-putting is the MCs meatshield (I actually forgot her name). Her behaviour is very strange, and the MC is not at all fazed by it. Maybe I missed it, but an explanation would have been appropriate IMO.
  In any case, this has been a beautiful story so far, and I am looking forward to new chapter releases!
