I'm not usually a fan of cultivation stories, not that there is anything wrong with them. They're just not usually my taste. However, as the co-author is a friend, I decided to check it out. I was not disappointed. The plot is intriguing, and the fight on the roof was freaking awesome! That was my favorite part hands down there isn't much out for me to give a detailed review on the story but what I've read so far has more than impressed. Will be keeping a close eye on this one.

Damn this is fun to read. So clean and ready for readers to blast through it. Perhaps my favorite story on RR so far, though I'm still a newbie.
Cultivation is always fun and this one has a solid approach. Some of the wuxia books spend endless words describing each technique. I like how this one integrates the martial arts into action smoothly.
cultivation and zombies?! Sure. Haven't read that before though I'm sure its been done. For me it felt very original though. Was completely floored by the twist in chapter one. Not gonna drop a spoiler here in case anyone reads this ahead of time, but it worked really well to ground a story and character.
I gave a 4.5/5 on style score only because there was a ton of passive tense. Usually don't notice it but been popping up in my radar lately.

Well, I do not usually like cultivating stories because some of there concept, plot, dialogues etc. are piece of crap.
However, after reading this one I think it has what it takes to be one of the my fav. Stories here in RR.
Although there are some awkward dialogues, I think it is best among the worst xianxia out there.
I hope you try this story and look for yourselves.
