Description

This is a copy of my Webnovel fan-fic. I don't know if I'll keep the ones off Webnovel as up to date but I'll try.

Death? It is often described as the embodiment of fear, man or God alike. But to Soren, it is the beginning, middle, and end of his journey.

To this young man, Death is the start of his struggles through life. Watch as Soren fights to save his family from the grips of Death and struggles to live a happy life.

I like a good HP fan fiction, and this is a good one. My biggest issue is that it will probably never be finished. Sad times, with any luck I'll be wrong though!
I do sort of wish there was a bit more struggle. Usually stories about already OP MCs get a bit stale especially when  everyone know they are super OP. It must be super hard to write too because where do you go from there?
Any way I'm waffling trying to hit that 50 word limit
    Avada Kedava!

This is a fantastic fan fic that really dives into the darker side of the wizarding world that the Harry Potter books briefly touches on or alludes to. This is grittier and darker depiction of a world where humans, with all their flaws, have access to magic. Once I started reading, I couldn`t stop until I caught up to the most recent chapter. I strongly recommend that you give it a read.

I usually don't write reviews but I believe this story deserves more attention. So here I am writing a review.
This story has surpassed my initial expectations by allot. While it started out a little depressing and unrealistic it quickly evolves into a well written harry potter fanfic. The fights are wel written, the source material doesn't get butchered and I found the pacing very enjoyable.
The mc isekaid yet has no prior knowledge of the word. This stopped trope where the mc can't help because he is afraid of changing the future or weakening the original mc. The story has already shown some massive changes and extras.
The grammer is ok. You might notice a few word that have a wrong letter extra or less. But nothing major.
The character are mostly the original Harry Potter cast + the mc who is some strange dementor hybrid. Because of the presence of the mc allot character have different relations with each other and he isn't just a tag along. He start out quite OP but still shows some enjoyable growth as a student. Maybe a little to much edge but nothing unusual for royalroad.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk and have a nice day.

Great story / fanfic, definitely in the top 10% on RR. Read it in two days. Started reading it for the romance tag though, and I haven't seen no romance after 750 pages... Kind of understandable since the MC is still only 13.
Writing is good. Not perfect, but very readable.

This is a Harry Potter fanfic (MC is not Harry and is a new / tangenial MC).  I think it being a fanfic is the main reason it's only at 4 stars, since they tend to rated more harshly than originals.
    Target audience, imo:
It's for readers who like darker MC's (read: morally ambiguous murder) with those that dislike darker setting (read: no true character deaths so far).
I, personally, am a huge fan of cross-section of lit so I enjoyed reading this a lot and look forward to more chapters.
I think a fair aggregate review for the target audience would be 4.2-4.4 stars (on a graded curve where 5 stars is the best on RR and 1 is trash I can't get through half a chapter of). The writing is straightforward and I'm not left with a lot of tension or suspense. That nocks a few fractions off if I rate this against some of the best on RR. That said, this was exactly the kind of high volume, enjoyable, fiction I was looking for this week.
Since I find the aggregate ratings too low I'm giving this a full 5.

(google translate) series is a fun series to read. It was a good read, albeit not a different take on the Harry Potter universe. There are some events in the series that we must accept. For example, mc is a perfect susie to marry. other than that, some of the characters don't speak or act like the "original" characters. I don't see this as a problem but it would be better if it was. Also, although the universe is the same universe from the first episode, the plot mostly changes and changes completely towards the end. What causes mc's behavior fades over time, and I sometimes thought he acted that way because the author wanted it. let's move on to the good stuff; It's fun to read, it's nice to have a different view of the plot, sometimes there are unique arcs, it's nice to change the characters, it's nice that mc shakes the balance of power. It's nice to see the different characters of the universe in the series and a lot of things you haven't written yet. I think you should read at least the first 10 chapters. REMEMBER THAT THE SERIES HAS BEEN UNLIMITED. I did not check a single original site. left unfinished on all other sites

It gets interesting as the author introduces some originality. Though the mc is too op, there is no struggle to make it a interesting read. It's not bad though.
After reading a bit further and the below points are fixed.
    ===============================
This seemed good at least until you shoved the mc at the same year as 11yo Harry Potter. This would have been so much better if they were not in the same school year.
I kept reading only due to being bored not cause the novel drew me on.
This is just readable not interesting at that point forward.

A decent enough Harry Pottet fanfic, with an MC that doesn't go full edgelord despite their.... condition.
Keep in mind this a "in universe" story, and MC is a "native". MC isn't someone from our world, who would be familiar with the Lore or story, so there's some exposition that would seem obvious to us, but make sense as someone new learning about the world.
Thr Present tense is a bit of a put off, but it's a done well enough.
There is some slight mary sue vibes, but it's not very strong (MC kills two major characters within the first few chapters, but the circumstance make sense.)
Then again, not much has happened yet, so that may change one way or  another, to be seen.
My biggest complaint is the MCs quick human transformation, though it could be argued that this allows them to keep their humanity, given how strong their other side's instincts seem to be.
My suggestion to the Author would be more to slow down and explore the world a it more don't rely so much on established characters and settings.
Theres nothing wrong with using whats already there, but The world is extremely ripe for new creations and your own flavor.
