Realistic LitRPG with my family's life at stake is not that awesome

I think the title is pretty self-explanatory. It is about a guy who likes to read litrpg novel, but he does not wish for the world to suddenly become litrpg. Not with his younger sister's and his parents life at stake.

But his wish is his wish, and the world has its own wish.
