This was not the first time I transmigrated or even reincarnated, but it was the first time I had come to a universe I recognized this easily that that armor, the hair, those tails, no doubt about it they where Saiyan or at least something pretty close to that, welp time to get to work restoring the balance and all that jazz. shouldn't be too bad I've done harder with less.
