Ragnarok

This is an attempt at a wuxia fantasy hybrid that aims to fix the problems with the wuxia genre, mainly side characters, character development, bland romance, repetative combat, an evil mc for no reason, stupidity and cultivation.

Cultivation angers me to no end, supposedly gaining power by sitting in a room with eyes closed. People would be bored out of their minds so quickly. It's all based luck at birth and talent at sitting still...

There will be cultivation, but the main characters (and they will be characters, not flat emotionless filler) will not cultivate. The main character will be dark but with purpose, the heroine will not fall instantly or easily for the main character, it will not even be helpless romance, it will be violent, brutal, and passionate. Each character will have wants and motives that they will strive for, not simply following the main character into danger because plot armor.
