Purely Coincidental

I was recently presented with an opportunity to help run the world.The "real" world in which you and I live. The people who approached me claim to "guide" the world in a direction that's beneficial for everybody and they don't shy away from using conspiracies, experimentation and technology to steer us away from chaos.

They are the ones who suggested that I chronicle my experience here at Royal Road and encouraged me to maximize readership since it may prove to be beneficial later on. I've been led to believe that if I do as they suggest, it might just be possible for me to rise in their ranks and learn more about them.

My official stance is going to be that this is a work of fiction and any similarity to actual persons, locations or events is...purely coincidental.

What to expect:

- The fourth wall being broken- Current affairs, "real" events, people, organizations- No magic, aliens, fantasy creatures or super-advanced technology (so far)- To be honest, I myself am not sure what to expect since this is all unfolding in real time, but I'll try to keep this synopsis updated.
