Description

Psychi, a ‘super psychic’ born with catastrophic psychic powers, struggles to understand how she can be herself while also being the person the world needs her to be, someone able and ready to defeat a devastating and feared psychic even stronger than her.

Yet, when she’s suddenly cast into another world, she’s forced to confront her own power and responsibility and fight against that psychic and the monstrous horrors that threaten reality, alongside its magic-casting inhabitants.

Meanwhile, her younger brother sees her disappear before his very eyes, his last family member torn away from him. As he’s lost and in disbelief, a mysterious, ethereal individual tells him that he can still save Psychi with the help of another super psychic.

A new chapter each Saturday and Wednesday.

Currently at chapter 11.
This is a nice, good story about an overpowered, shy teen psychic from a x-men-like world who gets isekai'd into a medieval epic fantasy world. You can see that the author has potential, drive and willpower to actually keep on writing a full-fledged quite readable story and I found myself rooting for the author! Keep going, you're doing really good!
The story is quite good, whilst not necessarily thrilling. It has often-used elements (school, isekai). Let's see what comes of it!
It's gutsy to have the mc be a proper teen and actually write out the angst and stress (and drama). I'm looking forward to her character growth. I'm worried about the naiveté of the other group - or is that a worldbuilding trait?
Style and grammar is okay. Some burrs are there, but nothing that sticks.
It would profit of an editing pass. However, maybe do it later when you’ve found your narrating style after many more pages. I think it's more important to get the story going!
Overall, quite good story with long chapters. Looking forward what it becomes! 4 stars.
Ps. Name "Psychi" is quite on-the-nose. Hope the story hook is worth it, at least it almost turned me off reading.
Pps The "other group" Psychi gets in contact to seems very trusting, soft and naive... is that intentional?
Ppps. The side story of the remainder is really good. I'm actually looking forward for more and checking whether new updates are here!
