Proper Vault Procedures

Survivor, our main character, explores a ruined world, with weapons and monsters aplenty. He finds secrets hidden deep underground, from one screwed up experiment to another. He builds an entire civilization, using information gathered in the facilities built before the world went to shit. From before 2097. The year now is 2921. The buildings from before the apocalypse still lay mostly untouched, nobody willing to risk their lives just for useless information. Except Survivor. He thrives in the wasteland, nobody able to stop him.
