Description
Do you remember the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games? Amazing games with incredible stories told through the eyes of the Pokemon we love. Although, these stories forever remain in the dark, due to the mechanics of the game holding it back and people turning and eye to it. So I want to take a look back with my own twist on the story. Remembering what made these games more than Pokemon games, I hope you stick with me as I write this story. I am open to feedback and criticism. I hope you enjoy this story and you will once again remember the greatness of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. Follow this journey of a human turned into a pokemon into a new world after trying to escape the unforgiving hardships of the world. In this world, he will learn about the importance of life and friendship with others in dark times through his formation of a rescue team with his goofy companion Charmander.

- bladehorn_gamerRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Man I don't know why but his breakdown in front of everyone surprised the hell out of me, and made my heart drop. As a person who played both red, blue, and sky these reactions to the main characters word's seem almost as they would be in game, I'm exited to see how this story will turn out.
- RznRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This is a good attempt to do a retelling of the Pokemon mystery dungeon, though some of the mechanics and way things play are different from the game. The prose is okay and there are some minor issues here and there. The story is significantly darker and more violent, which causes a bit of clash, but otherwise this was a good read. The violence and issues with Zubat and Poliwag were graphic and a bit disturbing for something originally that was fairly light-hearted. It should probably have a content warning flag for that.
