Pokemon Battle Academy

Decades ago, new trainers began their journey as early as reaching ten years of age, a practice which ended up being regulated by the league after several criminal and terrorist organizations appeared in different regions, making it too dangerous for children to travel by themselves. Nowadays, young people need to be at least fifteen years old to begin their journey, and to do so they must earn a certificate from the official Pokemon School in their nearest city or by joining one of the private academies recognized by the league.
