- AlexixRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I just like it. I especially love the characters and how everything is playing out so far. The concept is also a fairly unique one. It's basically reverse-isekai. You definitely won't regret giving it a read :)
- TimeBeardRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0So far (as of Ch29), the story is quite interesting. It's still in its infancy plot-wise but is still certainly intriguing enough to make me want to keep reading and regret the fact that I have hit the most current chapter. I feel the characters in the story so far are it's strongest point in that most of the characters met who, while many still have quite a lot hidden points, the characters themselves are fleshed out, charismatic in their own ways, and memorable. All the technical points of writing such as grammar and structure are all well taken care of. As for style, I'm still not exactly sure what that means in a review format, but I certainly enjoyed reading the work so far, so I assume I enjoyed the author's style of writing. I eagerly await future chapters.
- MedliRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0I just wanted to throw some love out there. I like your story, i want you to keep writing it.
For anyone looking for a solid read im enjoying this so far. We're very much setting the stage right now and have a lot of room to grow. There's been a lot of foreshadowing and its leaving me curious about the future.
Keep up the good work. - SpiralBakaRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5Spoiler: Spoiler
Title: Planet Plume
Genre: ?????. I think it's gonna be: action, romance, harem. maybe fantasy or supernatural. it hasn't reached the point where I can determine the genre.
Protagonist: a hero that went back home and lost most of his strength
Setting: a normal modern city. for now.
Tension Level: mid
Basic Premise: the mc is finally in his own world after 25 years of fighting. but upon arriving, he lost most of his strength and turned younger like when he was summoned. the thing he was most happy with was that he can spend some time with a girl now. he can't do that in the other world, not even the brothel.
Chapter Content: how he lives in plume (his home world); chatting with a girl, beating up some thugs, going to school. and.... uhh... it's still day 1, so not a lot of things happened.
Chapter Reached: 13
Personal Opinion: well, can't really tell yet. but seems okay. though I don't like foreshadowing since it increase tension.
WARNING: it's slow. I'm at chapter 13 (page 135) now, but it's still day 1. well, chapter 14 would be day 2 (if it isn't some flash back or some story of some guy that isn't the mc), so it isn't THAT slow.
I'm not at the point where I can score this fiction (subjectively) reliably, so I'll give the fiction an inital score of 3.5 - molenirRoyal Road★★★ 3.0Hate to give bad reviews, but I didn't care for the story.
First, the good. Grammar. Unlike a lot of stories on this site, this author has no problem with grammar.
Now the rest. It was slow developing, going so where it should be fast. It lingered too much over his return, spent too much time dealing with one aspect, and not enough on another. This though is not enough to make it negative. The problem came when it became a gang story.
I get that he is a strong fighter, and after his return, needs a way to demonstrate that, but so not interested in a gang story.
I give it 3 stars. 1 because it's pretty well written, despite the authors choices. And another for the grammar.
