Description
What would you do if you suddenly remembered your past life? Well, the fact that you were living in the Naruto world isn’t quite encouraging. At least you would try to prevent most of the tragedies right?
Follow the story of a boy born the same age as the legendary Sannin and discover the world of Naruto (hopefully) from a different perspective. Read as he tries to improve himself in order to protect the ones he loves.
AN: I hope you can enjoy my fanfiction! This is my first time writing so reviews and constructive criticism to improve my writing would be appreciated!

- OogaChoogaRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0The writing is fine and the Grammer is good but the dialogue is a bit weird and the author seems to have exaggerated the characters in an effort to stay true to the source material. Like I just don't see Orochimaru being such an extreme sadist at 6 years old. 6 year olds just don't do that plus if it was so blatant the Yamanaka would use therapy Justu to mellow it out.
There's a lot of convenient stuff that happens right away like on his first day after getting the memories he becomes friends with Tsunade. Also Orochimaru and Jiraiya becoming friends on the first day. No way that would happen.
The reason I say its stilted is mainly because of the dialogue. The characters talk like adults not children. Their interactions seem to kinda just go in the direction the author wants without the character being clever and guiding the conversation.

But it is overall a readable story with minimal Grammer mistakes so it's a fine novel. There's not very many Sannin era fan fictions so it's a welcome addition. - PyrologicasRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Let me preface this by saying: The competition in the Naruto SI-community is incomprehensibly vast. Everything has already been done before and the average quality on the Favourites-page on ff.net is amazing.
That being said, the author still tries to be somewhat original by incorporating Uzushiogakure more prominently and setting their story in a rarely used time-period (Three Sannin-era).
The story itself hasn't gained much traction at this point. It seems to be one where characters and settings are to be established first, before the plot starts in earnest. Nothing wrong with that but as of now, the MC has no concrete plan (or even a vague one) on how to proceed. It is a bit slice of lifey that way.
I'm currently wondering whether the MC will go regular ninja or combine his blacksmithing and Fuinjutsu for a more technology-centric path... Would at least be an option to make him stand out more in the sea of self-inserts.
The other characters are mostly distinguishable and have sufficient personality and depth for where the story is at at the moment. If they continue to be explored, I don't forsee any problems.
I couldn't find any problems with the grammar either but stumbled sometimes over some scene-cuts where we jump into the middle of a situation. Had to read twice sometimes in order to get my bearings.

All in all a solid Naruo SI-OC story that tries to be a little special and has some potential for growth both in the author- as well as the plot-department to become great.
My congratulations to the author for managing to put it on here and sticking with it for over ten chapters!
