Roderick is finding his Path towards Godhood. That in itself is nothing special of course, there are hundreds of fools who pick up a rusty sword and have dreams of slaughtering their enemies until they reach the heavens.

He does it his way though and while he can hold his own in a fight that is not his strenght. No, he is a gambler and a merchant. Where others wield fire and earth, he plays with Karma and Fate.
