It captures the same feeling of wonder that eragon did when I first read it. And though we haven't been introduced to the dragon as of yet, the prince and his supporting casr of characters are a joy to follow.
Competent, well put together writing, and arguably great groundwork for what promises to be an interesting lit rpg syste..

This story is just starting out, and already the main character has a well developed personality. The story is exciting, but also even-paced. The idea of several different types of magic working together in the same world is quite intriging. I can't wait for the dragons egg to hatch! - - - -

Really enjoyed book one on kindle, the writing and grammer are both spot on, and I really enjoyed the world youve created, was trying to find something to scratch the itch and this hit the spot perfectly. Definitely reccomend to anyone who's not sure if they want to pick it up, looking forward to book 2 when it comes out

So far a stolid story, good characters, and world-building.
I find myself wanting more of it than is available, so definitely worth a read!
Not sure what else I can say or review in the story, I'm excited about the prospect of seeing runes used in a story again, wave-your-hand (or wand) magic is so well explored, runes are an exciting (to me) option with their own rules and spin

Completely standard fantasy tale, "Boy hatches dragon and becomes king", in a completely standard fantasy setting. There are dozens of published books with this exact premise, but do not let that scare you away.
What makes this story different is that our main character has a System. Might not seem like much, but it's enough of a twist to make the work feel fresh and exciting.
The quality of writing is high, it's enjoyable to read, the progression is fun, and the characterization and worldbuilding are superb. The MC is likeable, and does things which make sense. There were no mistakes in spelling or grammar that I had noticed.

A very enjoyable, very well written novel with a great balance of story, mystery, progression and magic. The Litrpg elements are well used and feel natural, the MC uses his head and does not just stumble along despite beeing a child with little power over his own life.
The reader discovers and explores the world and the magic system together with the MC. This POV is well done and the MC feels authentic and relatable, trying to understand the world around him. It creates a sense of mystery and discovery, uncovering the secrets of the system and the world.
My only point if criticism is that the innocence and lack of knowledge of the MC is a tad overdone. With his intelligence I would expect him to have puzzled out some more about the state of the Kingdom and the character of the nobility from his lessons, chatter of the servants and his parents bickering.
I hope he will soon figure out that the goal of becoming king just for the sake of it is very hollow.

It's well planned as far as I can see and the Author knows where he is going with this.
The character building is good for both MC and side characters.
The story is still fresh and very short so things may change but from what I've seen the quality will remain.
There are so many different paths the mc can take from here it's interesting to see where the author will take us.
I certainly see great potential and I recommend it.

I absolutely love the beginning of this story: it has the feel of a genuine high fantasy, without any of the unnecessary meta commentary that liters fiction on this site (for example, the overused evil nobility trope). Very well written, with interesting characters, etc.
Unfortunately, the direction the story is currently going in seems to be that of a heavy litRPG. While RPG stories, with 'systems' and all that, are not necessarily bad, they ARE extremely niche, and heavily rely on tropes from videogames. And I'm beginning to worry that the RPG system in this story is becoming awfully intrusive.
TL;DR: This story could be something quite incredible, but the increasing use of RPG jargon and tropes, as well as the intrusive system ("skills" for every little action, damage notifications, etc.) are severely off-putting. Just for the first few chapters, the story deserves a high rating, but I'm not sure if I will personally continue reading or not.

The story is enjoyable so far
While the MC start so lame without magic power and what not , the existence of those interface and skills etc bring me some hopes that he will be strong eventually
The character is feel "live" enough that it is good
I don't know what to write anymore 🤣

Well written, good character building, pure fun.
There aren't any huge surprises or deep philosophical discussions, but there is some level two political gaming, which is a nice change, especially for a gaming fic.
The plot feels planned and the thread is consistent.
The pacing is well done - something happens at every chapter without losing the characters on the way or feeling rushed.
If you are on the fence with this one, give it a try.
