In a world where ancient magic slumbers and long-forgotten forces rise once more, turmoil grips the Polychromatic Kingdom. Corruption and the subversion of royal laws continue unabated, while the different Houses vie for power.

During such a time, the second son of the weakest Royal house is sent away to the Capital on his mother's orders, accompanied by his faithful knight, and guided by the famous Thunder Lord, captain of the Royal Guard.

What awaits him in the Royal Capital is much stranger than he could have ever imagined.

This is a fantasy world with three magic systems, one soft, one hard, and one somewhere in the middle. There's also a focus on worldbuilding, and politics, along with battles, and military strategies. Religions aren't a big focus, but are somewhat present, and always in the background of most things.
