Description

Mei Silverhad had a future before her not so long ago in the world of Cultivation. One malicious strike robbed her of her future and left her facing death, but there are more secrets to the universe, the path of immortality and the secrets hidden in a strange manual might give her a new future, just as soon as she figures out what a spell is.

This is a story of a rather atypical cultivator, who does not seek power and revenge against all of those who slighted her, she would like to delve into a book instead and thanks to a peculiar remnant of a  visitor from very distant lands, who once wielded a ridiculous hat and a staff she will indulge in her heart's desire. There will not be a proper cheat and the story is relatively slow burn.

The concept, the characterization, the grammar, the narrative -- it's all coming together superbly.  This one is definitely a worthy read, especially if you're the sort who appreciates a fantasy story where the mechanics of the metaphysics are central to the building narrative.
A main character who struggles with things other than how to punch harder is a treasure of heavenly worth in a Xianxia setting, too, and that can't be overlooked. Even if some of her decisions might frustrate the audience, they are entirely sensible for the character to do. Not everyone is hypercompetent or super self-aware, and that kind of flaw humanizes far more than it detracts.

I usually don'twrite review because I'm not really confide think  about my english, but i think this novel deserve one so here i am.
So xianxia/cultivation  stories are one of my favourites type of novel and this one has every element to be really enjoyable.
It has good three dimensional character, especially the MC, even if some cuold be at a first glance clichè.
The setting is a classic eastern xianxia with clan and sect, but there a few element that suggest something more.
The plot ,I think ,is the best part of this story even if the main theme is about the MC try to explore another method of cultivaton ,and honestly even only this is pretty interesting  in the way the author portrait it,it has also different elements likethe life of a failed cultivator(now mortal) in amortal society and it's pretty interesting to read.
In concluison if you like cultivation story or do you want to read something interstin give it a try
    P.S sorry for my grammar

The story is more than it seems. In most xianxia, characters with a shattered dantian either fade into the mortal background or come back in some ill-fated scheme for revenge. Not Mei. When her dantian is shattered by a bully for defending a friend, she returns home to live out her few remaining months before her body fails. Through some happenstance, she comes across a damaged mage book which if it works might be able to prevent her untimely death.
Now that's about what you expect.
The surprising bit is just how depressing the rest of it is. Her naivety is ripped away when she returns home. Her parents are nearly impoverished. She is somewhat of an outcast. She can't stand the pettiness of the mortal nobles. She is treated like a young child by her parents... It's all quite so much.
The writing style is great and fits the work well. Grammar is fine with occasional bouts of misspellings.

This story is riddled with grammar mistakes. Wrong tenses, spelling errors, incorrect capitalization, missing or extra words and more, and it badly needs proof reading. The grammar isn't so bad as to be unreadable, but it's very noticeable.
The story and characters are serviceable, and while I think I'd like to read more, I don't really want to slog through the grammar issues.
