Stuck in his room all day, living the life of a traditional NEET, William wiles away the days of his youth carelessly reading manga and playing video games.

Mysteriously, Will finds himself transported to another world through the dimensional power of a mysterious being. Without a class or starting gear, or even time to get accompanied to the powerful System bestowed upon him, Will is almost immediately killed by the hulking monstrosities of his starting area.

Resurrected thanks to the only cheat item in his possession, Will finds himself bonded to a parasite. His System corrupted by the monster, Will must now do everything in his power to survive this new, unforgiving reality.
