Pacifist! [LitRPG/VR/weak->strong]

Description
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]
Gabe is a Pacifist. Join him as he explores a game that was *not* made to help him thrive. Will he pull through? Can he make a pacifist adventurer run of the new AI-driven Dungeon Quest, or will he be relegated to a crafting class forever?
Cool, weird magic. Cute companions. Passionate side characters with strong feelings. No swearing or sex. Unique, positive perspectives on complicated life circumstances.
135,000+ words written and scheduled for release so far. Write a review and ask for something, and maybe it'll make it in. Some of the character names and settings came about that way. Feel free to support on Paypal or whatever if that's a thing for authors. I have no idea how this works.

- Mimibdy2Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0Recently, I've been too lazy to write a review, even if I like a story. However, I've decided to make an exception. This story just hits all my buttons.
The characters are real, even the NPCs are real. The VR-world world building is fantastic.
The author took the concept of a pacifist in an open world MMORPG, but not a crafter. A pacifist that wants to meet (not fight) dragons, explore dungeons (and not die), and to search out and find hidden facets of the game. The author takes this character and actually makes it work in their VR MMORPG world!
Expect some numbers and blue boxes, but you can just as easily ignore them. Later in the story, the author stops using blue boxes.
Expect innovative and creative solutions.
I accidentally overwrote this and don't remember what I wrote 🤦
I love the author's style. Sometimes they bring the reader into deep thoughts along the lines of "what is love" or "what makes a society", sometimes throwing out puns and word play, and sometimes just plain silliness.
The grammar is excellent, I would say almost perfect. There are minor things which an astute editor (maybe even Grammarly?) would pick up.
The one aspect that I find lacking, although it could be that the author will reveal later, is the real-world world building. This may be a stylistic choice, I can think of several CN webnovels that don't flesh out, or even skip over, real-world world building.
I HIGHLY recommend this story and am following the author and their works. - percible1234Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0Its fun story about a man who decides to be a hardcore pacifist. As a MMO RPG the game istn designed around it so we get some interesting scenes as the guy forces the game to let him "complete" the tutorial without selecting a weapon or choosing a class. between that and a glitch forming as a result of his early choice he is able to gain the class pacifist.
- NelineRoyal Road★★★ 2.5a very FLAWED concept.
"My mom told be to be a pacifist, so I will be one even though that will ruin my dream and make it nearly impossible to fufill it".
It is painful to see him struggle just because of that stupid premise.
I think the author easily has the skill to write an awesome story but he is shackling himself with that absurd concept that makes this story just ridiculous and frankly hard to read without going mad.
