It's stupid. Utterly nutty. No one over the age of 10 should find it funny. That said, I had an absolute blast reading it.
Characters are as flat as pancakes. Story... what story? Its like the introduction of Game of Thrones: pointless violence and boobs to distact you from the fact that you are reading 15 pages of force fed background info.
Now you think: Wow, that's horrible! How would that make it five stars? Because it sucks by web novel metrics but it is a genius shitpost in short story format.
