Once There Was

This is a strange little tale I have been working on for some time now. This first chapter that is posted with this was just thrown together so that I could work out how this site works. Though it is part of the story as a whole. This is my first work of any note, and first time publishing anything for anyone to see. Feedback is desired, criticism is necessary, and grammar is my bane.
