Description

Book one of this novel is being reuploaded after a round of professional editing:Here

Victor awakens in a new world with a body taller than the trees, composed of pure darkness and far too many eyes.

He had become a Netherborne, a legendary creature from the void that does not tire nor die. Instead, they consume all that lives until there is no more.

Legends say when a Netherborne is summoned to the mortal plane, civilizations that stood for centuries are toppled overnight while their nobles evacuate to the seas. As a being from the void, the world fights his existence. However, resistance is futile—theprey can only run.

But what happens when a human mind inhabits such a creature? Does only destruction await, or will there be a new age of civilization?

Victor is about to find out.

I seriously love how Victor is overpowered but in a sort of balanced way. The story is a refreshing read and I'm excited to see where it goes next.
I like how the system can be hacked and I wonder how long it will take Victor to work that to his advantage.
Al the side characters are fleshed out and interesting and the story is just good.

I have enjoyed the characters, world, magic, system, and humor of this book thus far. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys LitRPG, Monster MC's, Anti-Heros, and generally any kind of power fantasy.
Grammar was very good, I did not see any issues with editing that stood out, though I felt a couple odd perspective shifts that seemed to happen with POV changes.

Bro this is awesome, I love how the story is progressing so far. The MC is beyond OP but the way the story is written means it won't be boring. Usually op stories get caught up in showing off the MC and forgets everything else but in this novel there are beivable and interesting side characters the the author uses to "react" to the monsters antics giving a fresh perspective on everything.
Writing style and grammar are near perfect, easy to read and no issues.
highly recommend to any fans of non human novels. There are also hints of kingdom building in the future and I want to see how he will take over the world. I also like Alice so far and can't wait for her to meet the MC and take over the world together.

Found out about this gem of a story from an author shout out. Decided to give it a try because I'm a sucker for monster LitRPGs, and I absolutely could not stop reading, and binge read all 57 currently available chapter in a day.
The characters are compelling. Even the mostly side ones have some dimensions to them. The story is funny (but not excessively so). There's some good worldbuilding parts, and I can't wait to learn more about the various factions in this story.

I mean what i said. Is the mc really OP? FUCK YEA HE IS. But this is no ordinary OP mc let me tell you.
The author presented a world of sword and magic and system and made you think "dang, another molded isekai story". BUT NO! Suddenly there are questions to answer, a whole world to explore, and mysteries to solve! And the best part is just when I thought "Aha, I know the answer. I think i should knpw where this is going." Then BANG! I was surprised again.
The worldbuilding behind this is *chef kiss* and I can't wait to find out what the author have in his little pocket!
On the flip side, except Victor the main character, other characters to me feel kind of dull. They are not as fleshed out. But that's alright. We're only 60 chapters in and some of his subordinates already showed signs of character development (i have faith in you guys Toby and Andrew!). But Alice...now that's a hard case. She's one of the more important characters and borderline second mc at this point. But personally, i don't find her attractive as a character. What's her motivation? What's her view on the matters surrounding her? She went from from a pathetic slave girl to a battle junky with little room to explain. She's just...there, fighting, and laughing like a bad bitch, and that's it...
But hey, all in all, i still greatly enjoy this. I binged read it all night! And i'm a writer myself, so I'm late to my deadline because i was too absorbed in this lol i now blame the author. Now you make me want to read more, and trust me i will head to the patreon page after this review. But it's 1pm and I have written shit! I blame you, author!

    The MC is extreamly funny.
Is he evil kind of yes He's evil in the sence that he can raise the dead is op and has an uderstanding of what people want and use's it agenst them.
The MC mostly just wants to have fun with out starving, he will kill any one/think that gets in his way he's the person that would sell insulin for as cheap as he can and have it droped of at your home.

It's a good story, especially since you don't see many good non-human protagonist stories out there and the grammar is quite good.Maybe you've seen an earlier version on webnovel like I have, but I can now say with confidence that this is a full rewrite and if you've read the webnovel version, this one is not the same.

I've long gotten sick of undead protagonists and necromancers, but Netherborne scratches an itch I didn't know I had.
Netherborne has its issues. When I read it, there were some issues with tense consistency but I contacted the author regarding it and they were eager to correct this issue.
Besides the minor issue, Netherborne so far has been entertaining. It's not overtly dark as one would expect of such a tale. Instead, it takes a lighter approach to the protagonist's bottomless hunger. There isn't much room for growth right now as MC is super OP. However, there is a lot of potential for character growth and I can see the start of interesting side characters. Let's see where the story goes.
