- Makel GraxRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I hereby declare that I prefer this tale to the Greco-Roman mythos.
Also, I guess I must say something else to fill out the remaining 37 required words, so I'll say that Fraker the Axe feels like a real character with real emotions, and he's a fucking menace, in at least 2 interpretations of that description. - RznRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0A solid read that has two very different halves to it. The first part is a gritty OP barbarian being a barbarian. There is death, deception and a bit of humor in the first part though it does briefly mention the bandits who are engaged in rape and can be disturbing given the subject matter. Fraker sneaks up to deliver death in the midst of such acts, but mind the tags. This half of the book is significantly darker than the rest.
The second half is much more relaxed and introduces the Peepers, and more worldbuilding. It was fun and a good way to roll out the story while having Fraker being more than a nigh unstoppable killing machine. It was perhaps an odd choice to have such a tame latter half, but I really did enjoy it. My only issue was the details of the unfortunate victims in the first half and upon returning from his quest: the way in which Fraker seemed to knowingly play into it. Also... maybe I wanted more of the Peepers. - jmc5003Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0As always, Ralts does not disappoint. Great read if you're looking for some sci-fi giggles. Not a hard sci-fi but funny as heck. If you're unfamiliar with this author, definitely check out his latest works; they're the best sci-fi I've read yet on Royal Road and if you're into hard sci-fi, the 1,000 chapter read will keep you on your toes for the next little while. Good stuff - thanks, Ralts!

Believable characters Fierce but Funny
I found one story and just kept reading! Now I'm really enjoying the ride and hanging out for more!
A series of stories that entwine with each other to bring out the different sides and depths of it's characters.
A world full of history, inhabited by characters, animals, plants and places that give it a well rounded depth.
