There is not much of it yet, but it the story seems to be growing at a steady phase.
I like what you have shown so far.
so I am looking forward to find out if other races have it too.
I am really curious about the other races. And if there will be main characters of those races.
I am curious to find out if there are only the 4 races you put in the tittle, or if you will add other races (like humans) too.
I loved the atmosphere you are creating. The language fits the Noirish vibe quite well.
The use of specific words show that you know the lingo of the genre quite well. (For example the use of Blind Pig.)
I wonder how you will mix the Noir and Adventure genre. This might become a great pitfall if you don't start the adventure by the end of your first few chapters.
Elves are French! Vive les Arbres! Vive les pointyears! Vive la resistance?
The banter between your two main characters is good. Beathag souds awesome, I wish to see more of her.
There are some minor typos, that you might want to address.
I liked it so far, keep up the good work!

The author has only written two scenes.
But both scenes are well balanced.
I like the pompous sounding elf.
I think the dwarf is still a bit to cliche in his voice, but acording to your discription that is on purpose.
The first scene was a bit of a white void. But in your second scene you gave a more setting.
Hopefully you fleshen this out in your next scene tomorrow.
