The day Mihe woke up with no knowledge of their identity and a strange system behaved like a curse was the same day they killed their first person. To them, it seemed like what was the largest mistake in their life would be the point they began to participate in secret organizations, political parties, and plots against entire races of peoples.
This series follows the story of Mihe as they try to pick up the broken pieces of their past, going through the power structures of various nations and needing to come up with difficult choices between being greedy or being martyred. The more you read this story, the more you learn about the kind of person they were and how their insidious past affects almost every facet of society today.

- A. StargazerRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I want to start out by saying that I really, really enjoyed the first few chapters. They were amusing and the way they were presented made me immediately curious to know more about the world, the MC, and the system in which they had gotten ensnared.
I was curious as to the source to the MC's amnesia, the state of the world, the social systems and how everything would turn out for our MC.
And it was funny.
Grammatically I saw very few errors. On a purely technical level I didn't see any problems.
I feel that this story has a lot of potential, but at the same point it also feels a lot like a writing exercise. In a good way. The author is keeping secrets from you in terms of things which the narrator, and therefor the reader, do not know, and it's very obvious. While this can be a good narrative device, it's a little frustrating that everyone knows the MC but nobody will tell him why he's a bad person.
Those are the positives.
The negatives are ... it kinda feels like a writing exercise. I know I mentioned that above as a positive, but this story just lacks a finished feel to it in my opinion. It feels a bit like a rough draft. The ideas are there, and you can see the outline of a good work, but it doesn't read like a finished product to me.
That said, I believe that this is a writathon project, so the GOAL is to write MOAR. As such I continue to wish the author success and enjoyment in exploring this world, its characters, and the unique perspective they're building. - Apollo149Royal Road★★★★★ 4.5Oculardis: Journey of Mihe plunges readers into a haunting tale of identity, betrayal, and survival. The “system” that he has also sticks out to me as something that could have been given by some sort of ancient being. It feels as if I am reading something that will have me coming back for more!
