- MelsivantRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Now I know the title for this review looks a little odd, but hear me out first this story os about a young man who is reborn into a world by an impatient Ai and the first thing the Ai does is not only call him names for taking his time and asking questions but turns him into a baby. He eventually survives long enough to accidentally meet a squirrel, who is the absolute best in my opinion, only to be killed by people.he traveled with after finding said squirrel only to meet the Ai again and be called even more names by it. Seriously though this has been an amazing story so far. If you like revenge and possible romance and of course squirrels then you'll wanna check out this story!
- NapoleonikRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I recommend this to anyone who can handle dark and brutal. It's not super dark, but because you start to care about the characters it hits harder than you expect.
Story -- It begins with a hardcore mode 'reincarnated as a baby' isekai MC struggling to get a grip on a sassy AI system and a crazy game world. But it soon opens up to revenge plots and boss battles.
Style -- I like the style. There are crazy twists and turns that shock. The combat is smart and logical, but it's also fast and violent. Every encounter feels different. I also love the friendship moments and I want to see more of them.
Character -- NULL is a badass. He's logical and angry. I like how he figures things out. The side characters are the funniest though. I want a riffy and chompi spinoff. Part of why the story really rips my heart out at times if because so much effort is put into building amazing characters. Serilla is perfect for Null its obvious and that's why he will go crazy when she is in danger.
Grammar -- I have only noticed small errors. The writing is really good, but sometimes a typo or something. Not often. - Skull-LeeRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Fun story, just wonder what the system's issue is with the poor Null.
Characters are easy to follow and seem real enough.
RR really likes it if you say a lot about a story so if you ever feel like leaving a short simple review for a cool startup story remember to say that RR can improve their app. - Scialytic KnightRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5This is a very entertaining read. If you’re into snarky MCs and AI Systems who are equally combative, you’ll really enjoy this. The banter back and forth between the Null and the AI is easily the best part so far and super fun.
It’s well written. The flow and pacing are comfortable, making it easy to read. There are some really clever lines in here that had me actually chuckling (which isn’t easy to do).
For my personal taste, the contemplation on stats and skills and how to use them was a little heavy, but I know many litRPG readers eat that up… so enjoy the feast!
Overall, I recommend this one to people who like stat and skill forward litRPGs and MCs who love to talk shit, but take none of it. - Tidus_FarewellRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0"NULL" combines LitRPG excitement with progression fantasy elements in a story where a nameless, amnesiac protagonist battles through a harsh Game World from zero. Starting with the lowest stats and facing constant threats, the plot thickens around survival and the quest for identity.
Key strengths include:
Engaging mix of adventure and exploration.
Unique AI system that challenges both character and readers.
Strong themes of friendship and overcoming adversity.
However, the writing occasionally suffers from pacing issues, and the story's flow could be improved with regular updates. This inconsistency might disrupt reader immersion and narrative momentum.
Points for improvement:
Enhance pacing for a smoother read.
Adopt a consistent release schedule to keep readers engaged.
Fans of strategic battles, skill development, and character growth will find much to enjoy. Despite its flaws, "NULL" offers a solid adventure for readers who appreciate determination and ingenuity in the face of challenges, and as a new author, the quality is sure to improve along the way.
All in all, a promising story with much to offer. - Unfettered ReaderRoyal Road★★ 2.0I honestly like the beginning, it was fresh, the system while sassy seems like an overworked pen pusher and the pace while too fast kept us right where the author want us.
But then it start getting really mean and evil for the mc, I don't get why the author would write this. Bloody fight are cruel but cool, unfortunate events are .. well unfortunate.
But thus far all i see is written bullying. Of course it's bullying of a fictional character but it's not something i want to read much less condone silently hence this comment.
I ofc stopped reading and if it get better latter i would never know.
