  Pretty good so far.
  Obviously I can't say much for character development on chapter one.
  However I enjoyed and look forward to more.

  The Sharingan gets activated when the user is experiencing great trauma, their life is at risk, etc.
  The mangekyou activates when the person inserts the eyes of a blood relative which also must have the Sharingan into their own empty eye sockets. None of this has happened.
