  I give this story 4.5 stars, at chapter 10.  If you read/have read Xianxia novels, this one looks pretty good.  Even though it suffers from Chinese LN's 'it must almost be a requirement' of multiple voices from the peanut gallery shouting in disbelief, it still keeps your interest.  I almost feel sorry for giving such a low style score, but honestly, I can't raise it any higher when more than one third of a chapter of the story is spoken dialog of inconsequential characters speaking in amazement/disbelief, instead of progressing the story.  Although this is a trend in this type of novel, it is a trend better off dead, like having a pet rock. Using maybe 2-3 sentences on this, instead of 20-30, then add one more to generalize that everyone viewing (ie. peanut gallery) was dumbfounded/shocked.  1-3 sentences instead of a dozen saying the same thing with different words will still get the idea across without over-emphasis on the point.  I would raise the style score if you lengthened the chapters or reduced the amount of 'spectator comments', so that the majority of the chapter was devoted to story progression instead of 'beating a dead horse'.
  Although N1UH it is not, but the story is very engaging, a great backstory for the mc, and I look forward to seeing how author TMJH plots out our MC's mortal journey.  Thank you for sharing this TMJH
