Norvakian Negotiations

A species of aliens, the norvaks, are looking to negotiate settlement on earth. Among those sent to negotiate is Alkadia who disagrees with how to make first contact with the humans. Choosing not to directly engage with a leader, Alkadia  takes a roundabout strategy in making first contact.

Alkadia begins to make more and more decisions without authorization. Having already disobeyed a direct order, it now faces the possibility of execution. Its only hope is to prove results that will lessen the consequences of its insubordination.

On earth, Teresa is going on a camping trip with her friends. Little does she know that she has a target painted on her back. On the trip, she's confronted with a memory from her past when a schoolmate disappeared. On the trip, more and more unusual things happen until they're forced to leave only to be abducted by aliens.

Meanwhile, unrest surfaces between the norvaks and alien species stationed around earth.  Deals are struck and information is traded until old secrets are unveiled only to be ignored as the finishing steps to integration are taken.
