WARNING:In addition to the events of the story, the main character will explore moral and religious arguments. This will be a 7-book series (hopefully) with a character redemption arc that spans the whole series. As such, this story may contain offensive content, to include: a complete and total lack of morality, existential questions about religion, demons, monsters, gods, and legends from various backgrounds, provocative scenes that fade to black, the mention of rape (but not the act), sadomasochism (non-descriptive), torture, psychological manipulation, and probably anything else you can think of that could be construed as "evil." Reader's Discretion is advised.

- GyodedRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Probably what drew me to this story is the name of the mc, shared by my own--with a K instead of a C, though. Origin of sin, and all that. Minor spoilers ahead, just as a fair warning.
Style: This story has quite a style that draws you in. Dialogue is fantastic, and the overall flow of the story and sentences are very good. One gripe I would have is the length of some paragraphs. I'm pretty sure most readers use phones the majority of the time, like myself. That way, the paragraphs just seem very chunky. With some breaks, I feel like ease of reading would greatly increase. This critique might stem from the fact that, so far, this story reads more like a novel than a web fiction, so it's not as suited for "light" reading. The prologue did feel overly long as well, and to be honest I skimmed the first part before they all met together. It's the first part of the story, and what draws readers in, and honestly many readers are impatient due to the massive volume of stories on this site.
Grammar: Great. Any mistakes are few and far between.
Story: Strongest part that has gotten me hooked. Bringing myths and fictional demons to life is quite enthralling, offering up mystery and suspense to the table. This early on, you don't know much of why the mcs have been brought together, except to fight the "armageddon." Wanting to know what's coming really keeps me reading. I'm also quite a sucker for grimdark, and this story does it very well.
Characters: Kain so far is pretty intriguing, and I look forward to following him. Some inconsistencies (at least to me) kind of stick out, however. He is quite the orator, with no problem of convincing others and drawing them in. It felt a little odd due to the stated ASPD, but it has been written that he's very good at reading intentions. It also kind of felt off how easily he invited the other three in the bar to his hotel to talk, merely on the basis that they were all there for the same reason and to get away from prying ears.
