Our heroes died! But that's ok, they weren't really heroes to begin with. Now that they're dead a benevolent Goddess has purchased their souls in the afterlife.

Now they must repay her by going on quests to earn gold while also building a habitable land for themselves and others to live out their Afterlifes.
