A Nature of predators fanfiction, after chapter 67 spoilers.

A Krakotl ex-exterminator by the name of Estala has had her entire worldview smashed by the Kolshian conspiracy revelations. The bird shaped black-hole does not handle the fact that the Krakotl used to be omnivores in a healthy manner. In an attempt to get rid of her own predatorial taint, as well as prove to the Venlil of the humans evilattempts to devour all good thinking and innocent prey, she hatches a plan to get a human to eat her on camera.

Unsurprisingly, this does not go as planned.

Very in keeping with the spirit of NoP, bittersweet end with two people finding a friendship and healing in one another despite the unfairness of the universe around them. I can only hope they manage to weather the coming days of that universe together, and that their friendship remains strong. A+

Estala is a prestige exterminator who is willing to sacrifice her life to expose the true predatory nature of the human refugees on Venlil Prime. She finally gets her chance when she meets a human alone in the woods. The character development is absolutely wonderful.
