Description

Natasha Novak was a fairly known artist from an Earth devastated by pandemics. One day, she was playing an online game and falls off her chair as a moment of luck brightens her otherwise monotonous life, and dies of a stroke due to hitting her head.

Reborn in Galeia, a world of magic, she sets out to explore this brand new planet and maybe find others like her. Join her and her companions as she faces a world with a culture alien to her, meets Gods, and takes part in adventures all over the globe.

Not all is fun and games, however, as she is part of the most powerful species on Galeia, a Halve. Shady organizations that seek to free the world’s inhabitants of the yoke of higher beings want her dead, overpowering instincts leave her unnaturally willing to fight, and worst of all… she spent a million years in Hell before being reborn.

_________This fiction is 100% girls love. Natasha will have male friends, companions, colleagues, etc. but won't engage in romantic/sexual relationships with them.Warning!!! This fiction contains brutal depictions of violence, explicit sex, mentions of sexual violence, torture, and child abuse.***All forms of criticism are welcome. This story is genuinely amazing, it has sex scenes yes but that's not even important to my opinion. The story is genuinely well written and interesting with an adorable relationship between the MC and her girlfriends all in a polygamous relationship (not a harem as they're all equals and love each other equally) and the love and care so obviously portrayed between them makes the story not just entertaining and fun but heart warming and wholesome. Even not mentioning their relationship just the world itself is incredibly well built and fleshed out with a complete and working magic system. The action scenes are well written and the explanations for the magic are as well. Overall I can confidently say that this is the first novel I've given five stars for as I just enjoy it that much.

I have never been one to pick apart a book. Enjoying the read is what is important to me.  I honestly do not put stock in what others say about books, movies, etc. If I did I would never have seen Star Wars and a host of other films that critics panned.
That said, I love this story, the worldbuilding is great, as is the character development and interaction is also. The social dynamics are well thought out. And at least to me, the humor is great. The MC may be OP but the way she is meant to see the world balances that out. Also, I like the twist that the race leagues are from earth. Russian for Orkish was perfect in my opinion.
Are there things that could be better, yes I do not even have to read it to tell you that. Nothing is perfect for everyone.
This novel is in my top five for online novels.

Wonderful series, excellent characters, great use of world building. Contains unique concepts and puts a spin on the multiple fantasy races. Natasha is a fun character and I can't wait to read more of her adventures. The smut chapters are A1 (steak sauce) and very well written. There's some typos and a few odd word choices but nothing that overly breaks immersion.

It feels a bit early to give a full review now, despite there being 19 chapters to the story, but I think this story is definitely good enough to deserve a readers time, so I'll write this up now and update it as more chapters come up.
As you can probably tell from the synopsis, this story doesn't take itself too seriously, and comes across as a light-hearted and yet somewhat grounded take on the reincarnated in a video game world genre. The story so far presents a character coming to grips with arriving in a new world not knowing anything about it, and figuring out what she wants to do in it while adventuring with her battle harem. And is much more enjoyable to read than that summary would imply.
Due to how early in the story we seem to be I can't really give much of an overview. In terms of common story cliches the protagonist is explicitly a very overpowered character, so I wouldn't anticipate much tension from combat, though I could definitely be wrong. The harem part is definitely among the better examples of the genre, which admittedly is a low bar. So far it has been pretty tasteful, albeit explicit, my one critique being that at times the characters seem to behave more like teenagers than the adults they are supposed to be when dealing with sexual situations. And that could just be the author's way of characterizing the characters' newness to relationships and intimacy.
Overall I'd definitely suggest giving this story a read, it's probably not for everyone, but it definitely follows up on the promise its synopsis jokingly gives.

I was initially skeptical when I learned that the MC was a hermaphrodite, but the character somehow retains former life's mentality as a female.  The writing flows smoothly, and the author avoids making info dumps.  I find the story enjoyable and highly recommend it to adult readers of Yuri.  (Meeting 50 words quota)

Alternate title: Started for the sapphic fluff (and, uh, lewder content), stayed for the characters and immersive worldbuilding.
So, I'll start with the worst part of the story.  The grammar and spelling could use a good once-over.  Not unreadable by a long shot, but there are a couple spelling errors and odd word choices every now and again.  Enough that I feel the grade should reflect as much and I can't, in good faith quite elevate the overall score to 5*, but not nearly so bad that it's painful to read.
Next point: The story is upfront in the blurb that there's going to be a lot of lewd, graphic, and sensitive content, though all of the lewd / explicit content is sapphic in nature.  I like that last part in particular, some readers won't, but it is important to know that going in and I need to mention it.  I will also point out that the MC is part of a polycule, but one in which all the involved characters are well-developed and have interactions with one another and the MC that makes it feel very much not harem-esque.  This story also does a good job of showcasing the intimacy and affection that happens both in and out of the bedroom, something that many authors struggle with.
Worldbuilding.  Outstanding.  The author has clearly spent a lot of time detailing the world, the races, the cities and politics, the various legal and political and economic systems, as well as how they interact with each other.  It can come off a bit info-dumpy at times, given either through our Isekai'd MC reading about the world's multi-million year history or being told about the world through the various companions and partners 'instructing' her.
Characters: also outstanding.  We have our Isekai'd protagonist adjusting to life on a new and radically different world, where several facets of daily life one might take for granted are turned on their heads. Each of the MC's companions and partners are given their own backgrounds, likes, dislikes, and the various ancillary characters sim

Natasha the Halve is a pretty funny and light read, bordering on Slice of Life, for people who don't want a story with too much gloom or too much constant action. That, however, doesn't mean it doesn't have plenty of fun plots to give, though as of chapter 80, most of the progression has simply come from character interaction.
    Now to the categories:
    Style:
The style is a pretty normal first-person story with some rare POV changes (slowly increasing in regularity). It does, however, have a gimmick that the story is actually written by Natasha herself as part of her diary. But the gimmick doesn't really come to light in most of the normal chapters, only POV chapters and some special passages, which does make it feel quite superfluous. The pacing is also a bit too slow, though, I don't know if that should be under style or story.
    Story:
The story itself is actually pretty simple and fun and the worldbuilding is very interesting. Both the political situation, the age of the world, the makeup of the races and the existence of Halves and Gods are pretty well integrated. The magic system is also both integrated well with the story and unique. The problem comes with the cracks in worldbuilding. The monetary value is interesting in its changes caused by some form of state capitalism but even that cannot explain the huge fluctuations in the price of stuff and even less in the wages and wealth of people. Simple fact is, it doesn't work and does break suspension of disbelief in the most aggravating cases. Another problem is the whole celestial cycle and change of seasons and how it simply doesn't work at all, though, the author did admit, they bit off a bit more than they could chew when they added the unique seasons caused by a binary system.
I have probably placed the story score a bit lower than it actually is because those problems annoy me more than they probably should so I guess it would be higher scored for most.
Also has some weird very anti-capitalist and anti-modern

This is a interesting story with some points that could be improved to make it great. One of the points that seems strange is that the world is described as violent and brutal, but up to chp 21, 500+ pages in, we really don't see any of it. MC is breezing thru everything that might have been considered dangerous with OP stats. A single encounter with bandits turn into a the "brutal world justification" with 99% of the rest of the world seems helpful.
Another point that can be improved is the sex scenes. I got some weird vibes on the first chapter with the girl having a monster dick, and the way things got explained, and the first sex scene was cringe to the point I skipped it and all others.
I'll still keep an eye out for the novel, there are some interesting things that can happen and the novel overall is not bad.

The story is overall pretty well written and generally fine from a scene-to-scene standpoint, but has some issues with the overall direction.
I'd seen the other reviews about the overpowered nature of the protagonist and the lack of challenges, but they were from fairly early on and I figured perhaps the story just needed more time to get going. However, having gotten into the 60s (almost 80 total chapters) I can say that there's still not a hint of anything in the story that would pose any threat to the protagonist. The closest thing there is to antagonists feel like the equivalent of a high school kid issuing threats to the CIA.
Which could just leave it as a slice of life, which would be fine, except at times the characters can slip into being cold, on the verge of coming off as sociopaths. I eventually had to tap out when
the protagonist tortures and then murders a woman, and the group response is then to get horny and start making sex jokes.
So all told this feels like just a 'fuck and stab your way through the world' power fantasy, which might work for some people but it's not really for me.

I overall enjoy the book. I find that there's an OK balance between action and character building, although I think it could use a bit more action to really hit the spot.
I generally enjoy sex scenes but not every second chapter like you see with some authors. This book hits a pretty good middle ground. However, I find the writing of them to be too over the top to really enjoy it and that's the main reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
I didn't notice any glaring grammar mistakes, but English isn't my primary language so take that as you wish.
