Well, I've caught up, I'll tell you that at first I wasn't convinced. In fact, after reading the first chapter, I lost my desire to continue reading. So I had put it to read later, I am sure that after reading at least the first 5 chapters, many will not remain convinced and will abandon the novel, my suggestion; do not do it. You see, at first it is boring to say the least and the way of writing leaves little to be desired, the author was going around the bush in the first 5 chapters, from there you can see his continuous improvement and how he is giving meaning to this world to early world war 3 ninja.
Now I will share my opinion of what the plot is about. The truth is that it was very unexpected for me that the mc was not part of a prominent clan or something, after reading the first chapter I was already imagining that this would be part of the uchiha clan. You don't know how pleasant I was surprised to see that he was a normal person, personally I am a fan of this type of character without any op system or with advantages for being from certain families. Believe me, I have read many reincarnated mc fanfics and most of them are either uchiha or from some other important family, and when they are not from any of these families, they have an op system that makes them super broken in a week. Now I'm not saying that these types of characters are bad, in fact there is a novel that I personally recommend about an mc with the gamer's system.
Going back to the context, you can see that the author is working a lot on the character without getting carried away by the imagination and making it realistic, of course it remains to be seen that later he does not come out that his father is from an important family or something, those things always happen and they end up ruining the novels other times not.
My recommendation as such is that you read it because it's good, many enter the comments and there are always people who don't like it and leave their complaints and frustrat

Always love a good Naruto Self Insert... well when it's done right. Overall the story flows smoothly, grammar is good, and characters and conversations flow well and are not stiff.
No massive amounts of:  info dumps, self introspection, worries of morality, hero complex (having the need to "save" the world from it's impending doom solely on their shoulders, or showing intel or knowledge that would create suspicion from anyone who has a brain.
Overall I like the fact that this seems realistic in a way that most naruto fanfictions aren't. No major changes of techniques or ludicrous ideas of how chakra "should" work. OC is not OP, but is reasonably advanced for his age and showing steady improvement. Looking forward to more.

    So here's the deal...
Any story with a transmigration to a toddler of 3 years is going to be rough to start. The MC is extremely talented and hard working; he graduates from the academy at the young age of 7. That is prodigy levels of talent.
The pace is slow in the first couple of chapters, with a lot of rewording and rephrasing. But! It does get better after a few chapters and the pace picks up a little.
The character is rather one dimensional still - talented, hardworking and 'wise beyond years' (obviously transmigration to a toddler does make that a plausible thing.)
There's hardly combat at this point but the little training sequences have been well written.
    Spoilers/rant
Learns medical jutsu (healing hand). Has control over his chacra since "the accident" at three years old.
His parents are chunin that accept his incredible intelligence and immediately start training him. Hidden Leafs next prodigy. At 7 he can beat the 10 year old around him without breaking a sweat. Because of his transmigration he's more adult than child and will be a leader to those around him.
He's just that good - enough to surprise Kakashi In a spar twice. And let's be fair - Kakashi is a downright badass.
And yet - the clan kids are considered more important on their first mission. Where he literally gets told to prioritise the safety of his clan teammate.
Grammar is good. Storywise it flows from chapter to chapter rather well. There's consistency in the characters. Would love more fleshing out and world building. YOU know - the MC learns tons but we don't.  It has some lines during his lessons about chacra-theory but hardly any depth further than that.
Point is; yes it has flaws. It's not perfect. But it's an enjoyable read.
Wouldn't recommend at this point since it's on hiatus/dropped since 05/23.
