“Do you want to know what it feels like to have players at your beck and call?”

Victor Asteriscus is just like any other acolyte treading on the Magus path until his comrades betray him for a broken artifact. In a moment of desperation, he accidentally stumbles upon an abandoned academy and receives a System that can summon… players?

One thing is for sure, these “players” from his old world will help him embark on a quest to develop the academy, complete various missions, and harness the power of magic. Let them kill magical beasts so that he can be promoted further? That’s too simple!

With an army of fearless, immortal players and a sassy assistant fairy under him, what’s there to fear in this world full of endless dangers and mysteries?

Come join Victor in building the greatest academy the world has ever seen and conquer the entire universe!

Contains: LitRPG, Fantasy, Power Fantasy, Comedy(?), Western Cultivation, Settlement (Academy)/Kingdom Building, Magitech, Dungeon Diving, Crafting, Strong to Stronger MC, No Harem, and much more.

Author is a great fan of WMW; however, the story has a totally different setting, magic system, and characters. This one isdefinitelynot as grimdark as that. Other than that, this story is also based on a lot of other novels with similar setting of summoning players.

The story is a bit slow pace at the start, but it will pick up once the setting is established.

There are too many characters for the lack of dwelling in the details. Lots of hanging threads but until I'm at the end I can't predict the tapestry being woven. The author might pull it off! Either way, I am enjoying it as a pulp read that you can leave for a while and then binge catch up when there is time.
Probably minor grammar errors. I don't give a shiz. As long as I understand broadly what is happening I'll take my free fun story and enjoy it.
    Be nice.

The dialog is good and the characters are generally likable. Those are the things that I look for the most.
The plot seems to be advancing at a decent pace.
It does look like there is corruption in the world but it is not part of the story, just the background so far. That is a huge plus for me since i don't have in interest in dealing with it in my fiction too.
So, good job and I look forward to more.

As a gamer who  started with an old atari, moved to the original 8 bit nintendo, and had enough friends to play on all the consoles up to Xbox X, this story really resonates with me. The players are realistic, the MC is underpowered but accomplishes extraordinary feats, the fairy is so feisty, the wolf is adorable, and the fact that the real world skills are essential to the players advancing and the usefulness of their knowledge ( the player flat out told a merchant  the reason that stone wasn't magic with chemistry terms had me Laughing out loud) ( my husband gets irritated when I read this kind of story because he doesn't have the time for me to explain why it's SO good I laugh out loud,  and the volume of the laughter makes he thinks I'm yelling for help)
    Love this SO much ;)
This story sucked me in and now I'm like an addict that NEEDS my next fix.

This is quite an interesting story. I like it a lot and wish it would update faster, but so that it would not affect the quality of the chapters. The story itself is tought out very well. The people in the novel have personality and are not cardboard boxes. The world is large(?) as well. I think it will end in the 700-1000 chapters, because it has so much content to use.
To the author, I like this and hope you don't drop it.

So far everything is good. The story and world building is good. I never thought that with only 18 chapters at the time I started reading this was going to be so good that I wanted to read chapter after chapter. Keep up the good work author and plz don’t drop this novel.

Every time you see a big VRMMO thing, it's never from the perspective of the one that starts the ball rolling. It's a first for me to see anything quite like this, and I recommend you read it. Interesting main character with realistic personality (although I have no clue why the common man personality overthrew the mage one), and an overall fun concept, 10/10

This is a fun and unique story with good pacing. The continued connection between the worlds and influx of so many players is a fascinating concept. I wish there were more chapters, but I am looking forward to see where it ends up down the road. It makes me wish this was a real game that we could play! :)

..I think it is an original concept in the way the realities interact, doesn't have the standard "just dropped through a doorway" method and important, too, it does not take itself too seriously yet avoids being silly. The player characters are believable and come over as real. It is also consistent up to now (I'm in chapter 3). I'll definitely keep reading.

The MC gets isekaid as a Mage and almost dies again.
He inherits and becomes the headmaster of a Secret Mage Academy. With the help of his fairy assistant he introduces it to earth as a Total Virtuality Game. The earth players log in as students of the academy and the headmaster gives them tasks to complete in exchange for Merit Points. These they can use for learning spells or increasing their knowledge.
The MC gets rewards from the school system for finishing tasks as the headmaster. Some of these he can delegate to his students. The school system awards him when the task is done independent of how he arranged it.
I completed Book 1 (52 chapters). Book 1 ends with a large combat between 100 players and 500 super spiders. Most players die or get heavily wounded. The Headmaster barely survives his encounter with the Queen spider.
The MC doesn't become super strong fast and has to work for his rewards. He is not OP at all. So you could say the story is slow paced.
Overal the story is well written with no grammatical errors and an interesting story line. The story line flows natural and the earth players are enthousiastics that still have to learn that actions have consequences.
A fun read all in all.

It's not the most exciting or enthralling story I've read, but nonetheless I've enjoyed following along, quickly consuming all the available chapters. It was good, but I also feel a few things were potentially lacking in my read so far.
I feel like we've missed out on some potential storylines since all the stuff like the actual operation of the academy or the gaming capsules was set up by the mysterious first headmaster and just sorta mysteriously works. Given that some of said systems have now failed, this doesn't reassure me.
I'd have enjoyed it more if the main character had the skill or capability to be more involved with those elements so it's not "some other wizard did it." The MC's low level allows for growth and I suppose challenge, but between that and his very limited resources, it makes him seem not very much more capable than the players and limits how involved he can be with exciting things like alchemy or magic.
In addition, the first headmaster seems like a bit of a troll since he arranged the defenses to collapse shortly after the main character arrived (and hid that fact behind an absurdly difficult challenge). And, as mentioned, the number of summonable otherworlders, supplies, and even clothes are quite limited.
I get that this is for progression purposes, but it feels more like a citybuilding story in a wilderness with some magic elements more than the lofty academy-building I was expecting. Hopefully that changes as more players unlock magic.
As for the supplies, it's more of me complaining that there were starting resources, but (intentionally?) not enough of them. I'd have expected either more starting resources to avoid the likelihood that a bunch of players are going to end up wearing rags, or no supplies so everyone starts on equal (and literal) ground.
