Description
Summary:
Deek has never had success with the ladies. He’s poor, overweight, and generally unliked. Feeling like a burden on his mother, with his life going nowhere, he spends his days playing video games. However, when a mysterious game ends up in his bag, he is teleported to another world. The only way for a talentless slob like him to get by is to venture into dangerous dungeons for fame and money. Regrettably, Deek always preferred to play support roles, and in this case he picked White Mage. In a world with slavery, where he can purchase beautiful and powerful women as his allies, this might actually work.

This is a slow-burning story with small chapters that are released daily. It is a wish-fulfillment story with over 1000 chapters, and 16 volumes and counting. The story has a strong worldbuilding element and characterization, but this takes a long time to develop. This is not a story where everyone gets their arc by the end of Volume 1. As for sex scenes, there are no rapes scenes. The women are usually the aggressors. They are also 100% optional/skippable and detached from the main story. The entire story is available on my websitewhatsawhizzerwebnovels.com.Membersget access to every chapter, including images. This include portraits of every girl, erotica from every scene, and other art. It is alsosold on Amazon.

- alphaReviewsRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5There are quite a few unjust reviews trashing this story and giving it the absolute worst rating, when in fact it is very good for a harem story.
The adventures of the MC and his harem are varied and engaging, the world feels fairly complex and alive, and the dialogues are generally good. The magic and powers are well done (the MC being OP but in a way that is still reasonable and with interesting growth over time).
Particularly original is the way the dungeons work and what must be done to defeat them. There are a lot of interesting and original details peppered throughout the story.
All that being said, there is still some negative to mention. The MC is a loser from earth. I guess that losers will like to identify with him and will wish for a story where a beta male loser can be seen to shine, but I am nothing like that and therefore many aspects of the loser MC are a huge turn off for me.
One annoying part was how the MC kept trying to free his slave women even though they clearly did not want to be freed and also in spite of the HUGE advantages his special class offers to all his slaves.
In the author's defense, real people often get hung up on their rigid ideals and often fail to hear what people are clearly saying to them when it jars with their preconceived notions, so this can be taken as being realistic and it does (slowly) lead to some character growth for the MC as he moves on to assume the role his extraordinary circumstances require of him.
Throughout the story, the MC is very beta, especially with his harem. I skipped all the sex scenes since beta male sex scenes are disgusting to me.
He is so lame: he accidentally gets one girl pregnant by cuming inside of her. Never has he taken adequate measures to prevent pregnancy, even though his girlfriends are all stuck needing to fight and risk their lives all the time.
This just goes to show how much of a loser the MC remains. He lacks agency and self-mastery, depending on luck and plot armor to decide - SandsforeverRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Ch12
So far it seems a little bland but not In a bad way
Not enough content yet to decide how I feel doesn't really get any negative demerits in my opinion (I hope the mc isn't going to be a pushover)
Chapters are a little short( but author says that in the synopsis)
I am interested in seeing how this develops - TomaO2Royal Road★★★★ 4.0I am a fan of Slave Harem In Another World. It's a hard magical setting that has its powers capped but doesn't get into useless nitty gritty stuff like listing stat numbers. This story is heavily inspired by that work, it gets some things better, and some things worse, but the core is similar enough to give me what I wanted.
The MC starts out with a rare (but achievable) high tier job at the start, which gives him his main edge. Especially since he ends up in a place that allows his abilities to shine. He is also given the power to change his job (and others) at will, which allows him to use another strong job that he aquires. Job Change is the only unique power he gains from being summoned. That and he can see little stat boards pop up, which is mainly useful to read the name of a dungeon to get a clue as to how to solve the mystery.
Pretty quickly, he's thrown into a local dungeon, and is forced to fight his way though it. Dungeons are fairly unique. Each one is a curse from someone that died. Most people just destroy the dungeon, but there is also the option to complete the lore, in order to help the one that created the dungeon to find peace. This addition sets up the theme of the dungeon, and gives each one their own little mystery to solve. This makes things a lot more interesting than just grinding for xp, and is a welcome variation to the forumula.
Upon solving it, you are given dungeon points. These give you access to special abilities. One of these is the reset button. This is a holdover ability from the insparation material, but it doesn't come much into play. The MC has needed extra items during a ghost dungeon, but they could have been discovered in other ways. I actually feel that it would have been more interesting to take away his job change ability, and having him aquire it after the dungeon finished, instead of the reset power. He is so close to being a normal man in this story, that I feel it should have just gone all the way. That would have made - momary12345Royal Road★★★★ 3.5Genuinely the story is decent considering the the title...and the characters are mostly fine...but seriously...give the girls different personalities and the main character is not an idiot...he can be careful without being an insensitive piece of turd. He has been with those girls long enough to know how they feel about him, they have all expressed desire to be the main character's S...sure have contests where he can lose his girls to someone but don't haventhis guy stand there and just accept these people coming at his girls like that...it's time that he accepts these girls' feelings and get over himself...there are plot holes though like what happened to Carmine who was going to the Capital with or ahead of the group. Also ease up on the MC bashing that the girls do...he has proven time and time again that he doesn't do the things that they say he does and it gets extremely tiring seeing them bash the guy...
Give MC a voice
MC is not dumb
Mc is not dense
Girls stop bashing the MC
Girls stop doing/saying things that gets the MC in trouble...fine if one of them does it occasionally but not all of them which is the case presently
Work on girls' individual personalities
THE MC IS NOT A DENSE IDIOT WHO CAN'T TAKE A HINT...it's overplayed and uninteresting - MinishadeRoyal Road★★★ 3.0Easy pick up and drop story when you are waiting for other things to do. At this point there's enough content that it's worth it and I am enjoying it well enough to continue versus rereading something else. The story, like many, does bring it's own unique twist for the RPG element but while it's a minor plot driver it is pushed hard into the background.
Seems to mostly be used as a McMuffin. The MC constantly talks about finding out what skills do and apparently does but we don't find out until it saves the day. Would have been fine as a mystery that the MC and reader discovered together.
The sex scenes need a little bit of a rework for reader sanity and memory, maybe figure out how to have conversations, internal monologues, or even POV swaps leading up to them/ in them. They happen pretty much with each new harem addition and they don't add more than they subtract in my opinion.
Specifically looking at the Dwarf blacksmith originally described as "She was young, likely only thirteen" (Ch372) later being confirmed as an adult dwarf, aka a loli after making us worry.
There is also the loli earth golem and a fairy. Presumably to counter the more "blessed" members of the harem.
Bottom line, the author is playing with fire and I wouldn't want their story to be killed for anime tropes.
The main issue that has occurred a few times early on is the author contradicting their own story. Maybe it was growing pains. Others are common for RR like past/present tense or typos that are spelt correctly (red vs read vs reed). - ElektrikhitRoyal Road★★★ 3.0The story on its own isn't terrible. Honestly, it's a average wish fulfillment fantasy with a strong MC, side characters and antagonists whose only purpose is to boost the MC, and intermittent sex scenes. It's better than 90% of its kind because it has a actual story. It's like junk food; everyone has a different opinion for it and if you like it, it's a good snack but not something you should base your diet on.
- DidWeDoThatRoyal Road★★★ 2.5The story started good but when you get to chapter 700 or so we lose all our established characters and get throw into another world. With all different rules and motivations. After burning through that now we are doing a flashback instead of moving on. If the "other world dungeon" arc was ALOT shorter it wouldnt be so bad but it drags on for too long.
- MutalithRoyal Road★★ 2.0You go into the story not expecting much just based off the title knowing that it's just wish fulfilment fantasy. The story starts off fairly strong and you can appreiciate the characters as they get introduced. As you go through the story and each girl is added to the harem they have a well written background and story that makes you come to really like them. However, after their story is complete they become cardboard cut outs that just follow the MC around.
Another issues that crops up is after a very brief and minor bit of character development for the MC he stagnats and basically just becomes soggy cardboard. You come to realize he has the emotional intelligence of a rock and is so dense at times it puts a blackhole to shame. Instead of having a conversation with his harem, like he has been told multiple times, about their wants and desires for their futures he just constantly asumes things. The lack of dialgoue between the MC and his harem can be infuriating and really makes it feel like they're barely even there.
Most of the predicaments that the MC ends up in are incredibly forced and could have been avoided if the MC had an IQ that managed to get out of the single digits. However, since the MC has plot armor so thick he could survive a point blank nuclear blast so he always makes it through with some contrived solution that gets handed to him. This gets even worse in volume 5 when he arrives in the capital at which point I wonder how the MC manages to breath and not choke on his own tongue. At so many points in the story the MC seems to forget about the existence of his abilities because plot needs to happen.
Finally there are so many points in time where the author straight up contradicts himself within the same paragraph. This leads to moments where the author will say a character feels one thing then a sentence later while still describing the scene say they feel the opposite. Other times the MC will talk about how much he wants to free his harem then tu - Dragon972Royal Road★ 1.0this is literally ur typical isekai novel.that would be okay if the mc wasnt getting dragged along every 3 seconds or getting taking advantage of ever 4 seconds. The most painfully part about that all is that he doesn't care you'd think there'd be some character growth after being betrayed twice in a row by that paladin girl then by the bandit king but no he just doesnt care. Like at least he should have grown a spine by then but no he almost gets his slaves taken again and all he does is lament at how week he is, like bruv have some fight in u , get angry do something other that be depressed.
the last major issue I have wit this novel is the mcs self esteem. Like when is this dude gonna get his self together every other chapter it's the same "I should free them its the slave magic working on there minds, no girl would want to be wit me" bs like I could understand 100 chaps maybe even 200 chaps of this but damn near 300 chaps and he's still questioning there loyalty.
don't even get my start wit the contradiction in the story either like one moment he's aware that they might want to stay wit him the next he's completely oblivious to there feelings.
Overall I'm not gonna stick around to see if this dude grows a spine or not because from wat the comments say it seems like he's still doing the same bs hundreds of chapters later✌🏾 - grovekeeperRoyal Road★ 0.5NSFW ahead.
Basically, its the title. It's a wish fulfillment with loose thread for sex scenes with various women, how they hunted for more women who are all absolutely devoted to him and wants sex.
Even if it's a snu snu, even that part isn't done right. There is no variance other than the type of the woman in bed. Aggressive, passive, shy etc. If these were really taken into account, at least the anu anu could have been better described accordingly.
