- coinhas2sidesRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0The story is a bit different from most hotd fan fics as it has a bit of a fantasy and xianxia vibe though not too much so don't worry.
The mc is a relatively well thought out anti hero who does what some would see as bad or even evil but not because like some other characters who think the world is a horrible place so they may as well be bad too, instead he grew up in a worse place so to him his actions are normal or actually pretty nice.
The harem is done well, and not like some where anyone even slightly attractive is either in love with him or a bitch, but there are actually other romances and love between characters other than mc which a lot of stories mess up.
Maybe needs to be reread and touched up on a few areas or flesh out a few interactions but otherwise decent grammar and vocabulary.
In conclusion good start and hope the author keeps it up though try not to go full fantasy as hotd is great because it uses somewhat realistic modern world and adds zombies to it without going too far, but if they want to then I will just see if they can make it work as it is working so far. - hajimaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0so , i've read all chapter that are currently published and i'm glad that i did , yet sad that i read them when the story is still ongoing , now i have to wait for new chapters .........
it's been a few years since i stopped reading on this site and only relogged in just now ( it was royalroad legends back then )
and i'm glad the quality of this site hasn't diminished at all
the MC is reliale and decisive , ruthless yet carries with his a twisted code of honor as an elite warrior of his tribe ( he comes from a world that experienced a nucluar apocalypse for who knows how long , he cares only for his own people and doesn't have any morals to speak off outside of this twisted moral code )
he considers his word and promise as a warrior as something to protect even if it means fighting to the death
and seeing kyoka in this story and the way he dealt with shido and his goons is honestly a breath of fresh air , like i said the guy is decisive
anyway , love the story and i hope the author continues to write untill the end and not dropp it mid-way ! - KaynayRoyal Road★ 0.5What was I thinking starting to read a story with this kind of a title and description... This story is just very awkward and sad... Sad in a scense of how bad some stories can turn out to be... I'm just gonna paste my comment on the first chapter.
I read till the part where you where trying to normalize rape... Just don't... You where very awkward about it and let's be serious, who would ever say rape wasn't bad except some a*shole trying to justify himself... Yes, it can be a common accurance or something, but don't try to justify or normalize it, except if your characters is an a*shole of course... which is about the only thing I took away from this story...
