Mutant Trouble

The MC was born in an orphanage. He never met his parents and never truly knew love, but he didn't mind. He considered himself a pretty average guy. Sure, he was smart and didn't look bad, but he wasn't excellent in anything in particular.

23 years after his birth, he died during a terrorist attack. He didn't have many regrets in this life and he knew he would just go down in history as an innocent victim, but nothing more.

However, that was not meant to be. When he woke up again, he felt like he was underwater. After a long time, he could hear voices, thus leading him to realize...
