Description

It's too bad this is on hiatus, solid work across the board. Definitely up there for a fanfiction, and I like the direction it's heading. Does a decent job writing from a 14 year old point of view, does complain about the parents a bit much. I imagine that's on purpose because his point of view is that Danny Fenton has lived a crappy life, and to a degree I agree. All in all, I like it, and wish that there was more.

This story has practically everything I was looking for in a story.
Great pacing, sound story design, forshadowing and excellent style!
This story is mainly focused on Danny at this point. While there are point of view changes, they are not jarring and it is readily apparent whose narrating.
The three things I like most about this story:
First, the power system for ghosts. It is soundly explained and doesn't contradict itself. It has been planned carefully and that planning shows.
Second, fight scenes. This story has excellently written scenes, where none of them feels like any character doesn't earn a victory. If fight scenes are not your cup of tea, that's okay! This story has a lot besides just fighting.
Third, people (and ghosts) in this story are not stationary. There are not any "NPCs" who just spit out general verbatim, no one scene occurs practically word-for-word with episodes. There is actual emotion and reason invested in these characters. Heck, even Vlad is a well rounded character who has earned his multi-billion buisness. Not a cartoonishly evil nemisis, but a genuinly fun, though buisy, uncle.
This is just a great story! I've enjoyed the 19 posted chapters and, though I don't know if there will be any more chapters, I will absolutely be back to re-read this again!

Stumbled upin this and saw the hiatus status... still went and read it. Its well written with good fanfiction based on the original tv show.
Changes made that helped improve on certain parts. With good grammar and pacing delivered by the author.
Its just too bad it stopped at chapter 19.
Stil a fun read though. I still say nothing lost in giving this a go, its enjoyable.
And all the best of luck to the author's current and future endeavours.

For a cartoon fan fiction this is simply amazing, youve taken the basic premise and made it into youre own darker unique world. The mc has depth as well as vlad, but now comes the bad part the other characters like Tucker and Sam, they need to be fleshed out more as well as jazz and his parents.
But well done and keep on going:)
