Description

Misti trains to become a nun in a temple of catfolk refugees, but she can't sit still. Her people back in her homeland are still prisoners. And the dragon egg hidden in the basement may hold the key to saving them. She saw it—in a vision, or something... Nevertheless! Refusing to waste her life doing nothing, Misti chooses danger over inaction, setting off on a daring journey to awaken a legend.

Author’s NotesThis story is the second in a series of three connected novelettes that introduce characters of a larger epic [WIP]. Each story can be enjoyed on its own, but I recommend reading them in order for the best experience.

    The story is really nice up to now, the Sindur world is fascinating. This was written for people learning English but don't let that stop you if that's not the situation you're in, the language isn't "too simple" and it's a very fun read.
    I will update the review when the full story has been published.
