    A cozy, short and sweet hearwarming story about a young woman who is in charge of and orphanage who has to resolve the mistery of a broken container and missing baked treats, a shard of the container is painted with blood which is far more important than the punishment for the kids.

    This is a very simple and short story that is cozy and wholesome. It does not do a whole lot, but a representation of waking up and stumbling across such a scene is not unbelievable and the motherly reaction was nice to read. The prose does have some issues, with focus and in awkward sentences. The worst one is perhaps: "Since she used to be a child and an orphan herself, she didn’t the quick anger of judgement." and issues such as "clean-titled floor". This was a nice cozy read.
