Interesting start. Good beginning but a little inconsistent. I understand that the author is trying foreshadow future plot lines.  However,  introducing too many lines too early can bog down the story and distract readers.

I like it. Cute little space probe trying to survive and make sense of a dangerous and uncaring cosmos.

I have been enjoying your story so far, the grammer is not distracting and the story is something worth. reading, rating is provisional as the story isn't long enough yet to tell for sure.

The story idea has a decent bit of potential, but the main issue here is the way the MC is presented makes it impossible to get much of a feel for him. This applies to both his personality as well as his more plot-relevent capabilities.
Personality-wise, at times he's totally unphased by any of the insanity going on around him. Then one chapter he might suddenly start freaking out for some comparatively minor reason. Honestly, in a novel like this you can reasonably accept all of these issues as having plausible in-universe explainations if you really want. Human turns into some kind of weird space-going dungeon core, you can pretty reasonably explain any sort of personality quirks as being a result of this. However, this is rather unsatisfying as a reader unless it's addressed somehow. And it's not here. That is particularly unreasonable in this novel considering the MC is frequently talking to (and at times freaking out at) a god/his creator/whatever. These sorts of issues are exactly the kind of thing this god would be interested in, but he never comments on any of this.
As a result, the MC mostly feels extremely dull and lifeless. He's just going to behave however is easiest for the author depending on the goal of each chapter. If anything the god that speaks only through blue screens has a more solid character than the actual MC.
This sort of instability extends to the more plot-related points of the MC too. One chapter he's struggling to figure out how to perform some sort of basic ability, and the next he's doing complex re-engineering of existing abilities. Is the MC provided with inherent understanding and capabilities with his new body or not? Well, both really. Unfortunately there is no in-universe reasoning for when the MC has inherent understanding or not. What decides it is largely based on what is easy or difficult for the author to write. The simple, easy to explain and understand abilities are things he doesn't inherently understand. The author can
